敖汉拨面

敖汉拨面,是赤峰敖汉旗的特色美食,用敖汉产的荞麦为原料(以双井乡所产荞麦面为最佳),经轧碾后,和成稍硬的面,放在长条形面案上,用特制两端有把的刀,进行挤切,直接下锅煮熟,捞出浇上卤汁,口感润滑而富有筋性,味道甚美。

哈达饼

哈达饼是内蒙古赤峰的传统著名小吃。皮酥馅嫩,鲜香无比,哈达饼原产于乌兰哈达地区,故名,乌兰哈达意为赤山或红山,即现在的内蒙古赤峰市。

黄米面豆包

黄米面豆包又称黄米面粘豆包,为赤峰本地特色小吃。豆包含有丰富的蛋白质,豆皮还可增加纤维的含量。故而豆包是十分健康的食品。

白家熏鸡

熏鸡是一道色香味俱全的汉族名肴,属于鲁菜,川菜或湘菜。是指经过食品五味五香等气味熏陶所成的鸡。熏鸡所用的材料是全鸡,即一整只鸡。
